Anatomy of a product launch

Product launches are usually split into two phases — pre-launch and post-launch. In the pre-launch phase, we review the scope of the project and the affected touchpoints, ensuring that most users go through the intended main journey while covering any gaps in unintended journeys. In-depth discussion is done with product owners and marketing teams to present the product as true to the company's vision and possible.

In the post-launch phase, monitoring is done on the pages and touchpoints using third-party tools such as HotJar and Google Analytics to examine if users are interacting with the implementations effectively. Further optimisations are done depending on the collected data.
